Appointment Policy

Booking Appointments:

We have made it easy and convenient to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments for all our services online on our booking site. Please complete all applicable consent forms online prior to your appointment. At this time we require and appointment for all services. 

Attendance:

We are dedicated to our clients and their needs; however last-minute cancellations and no-shows to appointments greatly affect our business. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about our appointment cancellation policies before booking your appointment.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us as we are a small business and our other clients would greatly appreciate the opportunity to book an appointment during the available time slots. Please utilize our convenient online scheduling system or call Santali Aesthetics at 980-402-5059 no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule.

Please cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, chest pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

Attempts to cancel your appointment through any of our social media platforms are not an acceptable means of cancellation and will not be acknowledged or confirmed.

Deposits:

Services requiring a deposit will be indicated on the service listing on the appointment booking page. Any applicable deposits are required to be paid online at time of booking your appointment. The deposit amount may vary per service and will be stipulated at time of service selection. Please refer to our cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies for deposit penalties that will be incurred with each of these occurrences.

Cancellations:

You must cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours prior by calling Santali Esthetics during business hours or using the online booking system anytime. We do our best to send appointment reminders by text or email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment; however, please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any late arrivals, missed appointments, or no-show fees. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. 

Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a loss of deposit paid at time of booking. You may also choose to reschedule instead of canceling your appointment, but this must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid incurring a loss of the paid deposit. A refund of the deposit will be issued if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling:

You must reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours prior by calling Santali Aesthetics or using the online booking system. You must reschedule for the exact same service in order for aany previously paid deposit to apply. If you would like to reschedule for a different service, you must cancel the currently scheduled service per the cancellation policy and book a new service. No refunds of any deposit paid will be made for rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your booking.

No-Shows:

ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. If you do not show up to 2 separate appointments, you will be permanently blocked from scheduling any future appointments at Santali Aesthetics.

Late Arrival:

We have implemented a 10-minute late policy to help run our office more smoothly. You may be asked to reschedule if you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes past your appointment time. Please call our office if you are running late for your appointment to determine if you can be worked in at a later time.

Exceptions:

Please note that we DO NOT make any exceptions to our appointment policies if the client violates the 24-hour appointment cancellation/rescheduling window or no-shows for any reason. Any paid deposit may only be refunded if an appointment is canceled by the provider at their discretion.

Extra Guests:

Please note that in an effort to maintain the privacy of all our clients and due to limited space in our treatment room, no extra guests are allowed in the treatment room during the provision of services. Extra guests may wait in the waiting area. Children are not allowed in the treatment room and cannot be left unattended in waiting room.  

Appropriate Attire

Body Treatments: Undergarments you do not mind getting messy such as sports bra and thong underwear.

Face treatments: Clean face, no makeup. If you forget, don't worry, we will remove it.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are valid until the expiry date specified on the certificate and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace any lost or stolen vouchers. Gift certificates are nonrefundable for any reason and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Return Policy:

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all our products, prackages, programs, gift certificates, and services. No returns will be accepted. 

Credit Card on File Policy

Thank you for choosing Santali Aesthetics for your skin health needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional care, as well as making paying for your services as efficient as possible. Thus, we may retain a form of payment on file in our office.

We do not accept insurance for payment of services at this time. Circumstances when your card will be charged include but are not limited to:

  • no-show, missed, or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice
  • payment for recurring charges 
  • deposits for applicable services

This in no way will compromise your ability to dispute a charge.

We understand that you may be nervous about providing your credit/debit card information. We do not store your sensitive credit/debit card information in our office.  Your information is stored on Intuit’s credit card processing platform, which uses PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE)—the most secure technology available, reducing credit card processing security risks for our patients.

Your credit card information may be required when booking a service online and must be presented in our office when paying for services received.
